  • I have lost my password : how can I retrieve it ?

    The first solution is to use the lost password form where you will be asked to provide your email address. The second solution is to ask a head of service of your hospital to reset your password. He can do this by accessing your profile, and then clicking "Change password" in the possible actions. To access your profile, a head of service must click on "View members of your hospital" in his homepage, then click on the name of the worker. The advantage of this solution is that it allows you to enter the system again even if you have no access to your email or your email address that is encoded in the system is wrong.

  • What does mean "deactivate" a user or service ?

    It means that the worker or service will not appear on any pages listing either workers or services, but in the case a worker was assigned to a certain shift, his name will continue to appear. Similarly, if a worker was assigned to a shift in a deactivated service, it will still be added to his counts of shifts and the name of the service will still appear in the list of shifts of the worker.

  • I am a head of service, I have assigned shifts to every worker but on the homepage, the planning shows that the shifts are unpublished.

    In this case, you have still not published the shifts. On your homepage, click on "View Saved Schedules and Publish the schedules of your services", select the month you want to publish, check the services which planning you want to publish and hit the "publish" button.

  • Who can see the days that I can not work on or the days that I wish to work on ?

    Currently, only a person labelled as a "head of service" can view the daily preferences of everybody. That means that your plain coworkers have no visibility on this.

  • How to add a head of service to a service ?

    This can only be done by one the current heads of the service. To do this, go the the service page (accessible in the right panel on your homepage, once you are logged in), under "Manage the services you are heading:", just click on the name of the service. Now, in the page that just opened, click on "Add/Remove Heads of Services" in the right panel.

  • How to add a worker to a service ?

    This can only be done by one the current heads of the service. To do this, go the the service page (accessible in the right panel on your homepage, once you are logged in), under "Manage the services you are heading:", just click on the name of the service. Now, in the page that just opened, click on "Add/Remove Workers" in the right panel.

  • I just added a worker, but he/she does not appear in the worker list for the service.

    While registering the worker, you probably checked the "Wait email confirmation before activation" checkbox. This means that your new worker has just received a confirmation email and that he needs to click on a link in this email to activate his account. This is useful to check that the entered email address of a new worker is correct, since if it is not the case, the user will not receive any mails from the site, for example plannings or exchange request. That said, if you need to add the worker immediately, you can re-register her/him while leaving the checkbox unchecked.

  • I would like to change the user name I use to log in.

    You can do this easily by clicking "Edit profile" in the right panel of your profile page. You can access your profile page by clicking on "View my profile" in the "Possible actions" panel on your homepage, once you are logged in.

  • I would like to change the password I use to log in.
